(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Meetali Agarwal to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Agarwal serves as the Head of Global Data Organization at Domino’s. In this role, Agarwal is driving the next-generation data estate at Domino’s by unifying high-quality data assets on a cloud-native platform, to unlock capabilities for advanced dynamic personalization and AI-powered operations to drive customer and franchisee value across the global enterprise. 

Before joining Domino’s, Agarwal served as Vice President of Analytics at Fidelity and as Director for Enterprise Data at Pacific Life. She started her career as the Head of Corporate Data at a large multinational steel manufacturer in India.

Agarwal has continually challenged the status quo and pushed the envelope to lead organizations in realizing tangible and sustainable value from data assets fostering strong collaboration across business and data organizations. She is a strong proponent of data democratization and has led initiatives to promote data literacy and fluency to enable business value at scale and speed.

Beyond her professional commitments, Agarwal actively contributes to the Data and Analytics community. She is on the advisory board for data and analytics education company Modal Learning, is passionate about and invested in enabling Women in STEM, and is involved in preparing the next generation of Women in Data through Employee Resource Groups and grassroots initiatives.
