MassMutual has named Stephen Dantu as Head of Data. Dantu brings more than two decades of experience leading data, analytics, and technology initiatives across the financial services industry.

Prior to joining MassMutual, Dantu spent nearly four years at TIAA, most recently serving as Managing Director, Data, AI & Gen AI Platforms and Engineering. He previously held the role of Managing Director, Data Architecture, AI Platforms and Engineering.

Before TIAA, Dantu served as Senior Vice President and Head of Big Data Capabilities at Marsh. Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Mastercard, Vertrue, and American Express, where he worked across analytics, data platforms, and business intelligence.
