Mars has named Sinead Finnegan as Global Head of Data, Analytics & AI Governance & Strategy for Mars Snacking. In the role, she will lead the global strategy, operating model development, capabilities, and governance frameworks designed to support effective, efficient, and reliable decision-making at scale.

Finnegan joins Mars following nearly a decade at Kellogg Company, where she most recently served as Senior Global Director of Data Governance, Ethics & Responsible AI. During her tenure, she also held leadership roles spanning data governance, master data management, AI strategy, data privacy, and ethics initiatives.

Across these roles, she focused on building data-driven organizational capabilities, advancing data literacy and trust programs, and leading initiatives aimed at strengthening data governance and AI strategy across global operations.

Finnegan also held procurement, supply chain, and operations leadership positions at Celerity Fluid Systems, Guoxin Lucent Technologies Network Technologies Co., Ltd., and Expeditors.
