L’Oréal Luxe has appointed Lucas Fourès as its new Chief Data and Analytics Officer. Fourès will lead data and analytics strategy across the Luxe Division, with a focus on enhancing marketing through AI, strengthening performance culture, and driving omnichannel efficiency for both employees and Beauty Advisors.

“My role will be to support the Division, with a focus on our Marketing O+O journey, via crafting and building our AI journey, setting our performance’s culture and community, with an obsession on consumer-centricity and omnichannelity, simplifying and bringing more efficiency to our employees and Beauty Advisors,” Fourès wrote in a LinkedIn post.

Fourès joined L’Oréal in 2022 as Head of Data for L’Oréal France. Over the past three years, he played a key role in strengthening the company’s data strategy, modeling, and governance. Prior to joining L’Oréal, he spent seven years at Sodexo, where he served as Vice President of Data Transformation, focusing on global healthcare and seniors markets. In this role, he oversaw data-driven technology initiatives including AI, robotics, IoT, and blockchain.
