L’Oréal has named Emily Kahn as Head of Analytics and Insights, Digital/AI North America, she announced on LinkedIn. Kahn will lead analytics and insights efforts supporting the company’s digital and AI initiatives across the North American market.

With nearly a decade at L’Oréal, Kahn most recently served as Vice President of Sales Strategy & Analytics. In that role, she led data-driven sales strategy initiatives and advanced analytics capabilities to support business performance. Prior to that, she held several senior leadership roles within the company, including Assistant Vice President, Digital Marketing, Director of Strategic Data Initiatives, and Director of eCommerce, overseeing digital transformation, data strategy, and eCommerce growth.

Earlier in her career at L’Oréal, Kahn served as Senior Manager, eCommerce, following roles at Amazon as an Associate Buyer and Brand Partner Manager, and at J.Crew as an Associate Merchant. Her background spans analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce, and sales strategy across consumer and retail organizations.
