With over 30 years of experience in data, analytics, and AI, Francis brings a wealth of leadership expertise from top global brands, including Starbucks, Amazon, Expedia, Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Nike. At GM, he is driving the company’s enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, playing a pivotal role in one of the most ambitious digital transformations in the automotive industry.
Francis is focused on embedding AI across the entire vehicle lifecycle — from predictive diagnostics and factory-floor intelligence to modernizing legacy systems using generative AI (GenAI). His leadership is rooted in driving tangible business outcomes, elevating data literacy, and ensuring that AI initiatives are strategically aligned and not just innovative, but impactful.
