iCapital has appointed Dennis Peters as Senior Vice President, Data & Analytics. In this role, he will lead the data and analytics team, driving business insights across the company’s alternative investments operations, investor services, investor relations, and structured investments and annuities businesses.

Before joining iCapital, Peters founded and led Data Value Systems, an independent data science and AI consulting practice focused on financial services and insurance. Prior to that, he served as Head of Data and Analytics and Managing Director at PGIM, where he led enterprise data and analytics initiatives focused on data lakes, advanced analytics, AI enablement, cloud migration, and actionable business intelligence.

At PGIM, Peters led teams responsible for integrating marketing, digital, CRM, financial, and customer experience data into enterprise analytics and visualization platforms. His work included AI and machine learning initiatives spanning client engagement scoring, next-best-action tools, natural language processing, and analytics-driven marketing optimization.

Earlier in his career, Peters held analytics, business intelligence, and data leadership roles at ADP, McGraw-Hill Education, BNP Paribas, KPMG, CIFC Asset Management, JPMorganChase, and Morgan Stanley.
