Honeywell Aerospace has appointed Ash Dhupar as Chief AI & Data Officer. Dhupar announced the move in a LinkedIn post, confirming that he is joining the company’s leadership team in the new role.
In his post, Dhupar said, “Honeywell Aerospace powers the aircraft we fly, the satellites overhead, and the defense systems that keep us safe. The opportunity to bring AI and data to the center of that mission — at this scale, at this moment — is what I’m looking forward to taking on.” He added that he is joining “an exceptional leadership team and an organization that is already doing remarkable things,” and noted that “the best is still ahead.”
Prior to this appointment, Dhupar served as Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO) at Analog Devices, where he led enterprise data and AI initiatives. His work included building cloud-native platforms and developing an integrated environment spanning data, AI, machine learning, generative AI, DevOps, and security, as well as exploring areas such as edge AI and confidential computing.
Earlier, he was Chief Data Officer at BAE Systems, where he led data and analytics strategy and supported digital transformation initiatives across the organization. He also served as CEO and CDAO at the Incredible Minds Inc., focusing on AI platforms across healthcare, retail, fintech, and other sectors.
Dhupar’s career spans aerospace and defense, semiconductor manufacturing, healthcare, technology, retail, and media and entertainment, with a focus on applying data and AI to enterprise transformation.
He also holds a position on the CDO Magazine Global Board, showcasing his contributions to the field of data.
