(APAC) Hollard Insurance Australia has appointed Rafaela Salzer as its new Chief Data and Analytics Officer, where she will focus on strengthening the company’s data-driven culture and leveraging analytics to drive business value and operational efficiencies.

Salzer brings over 20 years of experience in data and analytics leadership, having held senior roles across multiple industries, including FMCG, professional services, and banking. Before joining Hollard, she served as CDAO APS at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and held key leadership positions such as Director at a top consulting firm, CIO APAC for a Fortune 500 company, and Global Head of BI Delivery at a FTSE 10 company. She has also led customer care and analytics for an ASX-listed retailer and co-founded her startup as CEO and CFO.

With a strong background in using AI, data science, and analytics to solve business challenges, Salzer specializes in helping organizations transition to evidence-based decision-making. She has a proven track record of increasing margins through consumer insights and business planning, driving transformation through innovation, and improving overall business performance.
