(US & Canada) Multinational technology company Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has recently appointed Karen Rhodes as Distinguished Technologist. In her new role, Rhodes serves as a Retail Strategist for North America, championing the interests of retailers both within HPE and across its partner ecosystem.

Her role involves advising retail executives on the optimal methods to enhance people, processes, and technology, to deliver enriched retail experiences that elevate customer and associate interactions.

Prior to her current role, Rhodes held the role of Account Chief Technologist (also at HPE), where she spearheaded the resolution of global-scale business challenges using AI, ML, and NLP to enhance customer experiences. Her proficiency spans information security management, consultation, security architecture design, effective communication, and cybersecurity.
