Havas Appoints Dan Hagen as Global Chief Data and Technology Officer

(US and Canada) Global communications leader Havas has announced the promotion of Dan Hagen to the role of Global Chief Data and Technology Officer. Hagen will oversee the development of Havas’ AI-powered Converged operating system, designed to support the company’s 23,000 employees in delivering integrated solutions to clients. He will also lead efforts in strategic data and technology alignment, governance, investments, and operational excellence across all Havas operating units globally.

Hagen previously served as Global Chief Data and Technology Officer for Havas Media Network, where he played a key role in advancing audience-first data and technology capabilities across more than 100 markets. His 25-year career includes experience in both technical and media strategy roles, such as launching the National Lottery’s interactive platform and serving as Chief Strategy Officer at iProspect and Carat UK. He was also instrumental in developing Havas Media Network’s Media Experience planning process.
