Elevance Health has elevated Venkat Alladi to Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Commercial Health Benefits. Alladi shared the news in a LinkedIn post. In the role, he leads the technology organization responsible for advancing the digital, data, and AI capabilities supporting the company’s Commercial, Specialty, Federal Employee Program, and AmeriBen businesses.

Previously serving as Staff Vice President, Technology at Elevance Health, Alladi led the Commercial Claims IT organization and focused on digitizing customer experiences, scaling processes, and fostering an innovation culture.

Before his roles at Elevance Health, Alladi served as Director II, Technology at Anthem, Inc. and Director, Services Delivery at Truven Health Analytics, part of the IBM Watson Health business. Earlier, he spent more than 11 years at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, where he held IT management responsibilities across large IT projects, vendor management, business relationships, portfolio management, and resource management.
