As a data leader, he is passionate about building data-driven businesses that unlock the imaginations, and use AI in new ways to create remarkable differentiations in client and employee experiences for sustainable business growth — improving operational efficiency and generating new revenue streams through AI enabled products and services. He has led C-suite engagements to realize the value from data and innovate with emerging technologies.

His extensive experience spans various domains, including organization design, design thinking, change management, and blockchain. He has solidified his reputation as a contributor to Singapore FSI with Govtech, regulator and academia — for the launch of SGFindex, Fairness & Ethics Principles for AI & Data Analytics (AIDA), and Living Analytics Research Centre (LARC).
