(EMEA) Data, analytics, and AI company Cynozure has appointed Louise Hutchins to drive the enhancement of its literacy and culture change services. As per a company update, is a step towards ensuring Cynozure’s clients have the behaviors, skills, capabilities, and approach needed to deliver value from data and AI.

Prior to Cynozure, Hutchins held senior positions in customer experience, product management, CRM, loyalty, and data capabilities at an FTSE 100 company and also worked as a consultant with clients spanning a wide range of industries.
