CVS Health has named Jack Hanlon Senior Vice President, AI & Analytics, supporting the company’s pharmacies and retail stores. Hanlon joins CVS Health from Meta, where he served as a product leader in Meta Superintelligence Labs, guiding AI media capabilities and products.

Before Meta, Hanlon was Vice President of Feeds, AI, Search, and Data at Reddit, where he led product, engineering, and data across feeds, search, AI and machine learning, data science, and data platforms, tools, and products.

Earlier in his career, Hanlon served as Vice President, Analytics & Insights at Walmart and Vice President, Data at Jet.com, where he built the analytics and data practice and led teams across consumer analytics, marketing analytics, research, data science, experimentation, and personalization. He also co-founded Kinetic Social, where he served as Vice President of Product.

Reflecting on his new role in a LinkedIn post, Hanlon shared, “My #1 priority for my next role was the ability to translate my AI expertise into meaningful scaled impact in peoples lives, and its with these memories in mind that I’m confident I’ve found the right opportunity.” He added, “The magic of retail is how personal it is, and those memories of key points in our life that are attached to it. When you fold in health and wellness, it becomes the most personal journey we have.”
