Advisory and investing platform Consello has appointed David Berglund as Chief Data and AI Officer (CDAIO), a role focused on advancing the firm’s global strategy to integrate AI and data-driven capabilities across its advisory and investing platform.

Berglund will lead the development of Consello’s data infrastructure and AI solutions, supporting both internal operations and the firm’s advisory work. His mandate includes strengthening the tools and insights available to Consello’s advisors and enhancing efficiency and differentiation through AI-enabled capabilities.

Before joining Consello, Berglund served as Head of Data, Data Analytics and AI at Travelers. His background also includes senior leadership positions at Fidelity Information Services (FIS) and U.S. Bank, where he led enterprise AI initiatives and expanded data-driven decision-making across large organizations.

Consello leadership noted that the appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to embedding AI across its operations and sharpening the insights delivered to clients as part of its long-term growth strategy.
