(US and Canada) Cone Health has appointed John Supra as its Chief Digital Health and Analytics Officer. Supra will bridge the efforts of Cone Health’s information technology team with its Value-Based Care Institute. His work will focus on leveraging data to advance the organization’s value-based care initiatives, such as identifying preventive strategies and improving the management of chronic illnesses.

Before joining Cone Health, Supra was the Chief Digital Health and Analytics Officer at Upstream, where he oversaw data and analytics operations aimed at enhancing senior care. His previous roles include serving as Vice President and Chief Data Officer at Prisma Health and Deputy Director and Chief Information Officer at the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.

Supra earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in aerospace engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
