(US and Canada) Diana Schildhouse has been appointed Executive Vice President, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Colgate-Palmolive. She announced the appointment in a LinkedIn post.

Prior to this role, Schildhouse served as Executive Vice President, Chief Analytics and Insights Officer at Colgate from April 2021. Before joining Colgate, she spent eight years at Mattel, Inc., where she was Senior Vice President and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She led Enterprise Strategy, Insights, and Analytics and also held roles as Senior Vice President and Vice President of Global Insights & Analytics.

She is a results-driven executive with experience in data science, advanced analytics, business intelligence, strategic planning, and market insights. Known for aligning teams around a common vision, she brings a collaborative, hands-on approach to driving data-informed decision making.

Schildhouse holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
