Uma Raghavan, Clootrack Chief Data Officer
Clootrack, an AI-powered voice-of-the-customer intelligence company, has named Uma Raghavan Chief Data Officer. The appointment was announced in a LinkedIn post by CEO Shameel Abdulla, who noted that Raghavan will help advance Clootrack’s efforts to turn customer intelligence into measurable outcomes.
Raghavan brings more than three decades of experience building web-scale software platforms and data pipelines across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, logistics, cloud infrastructure, and healthcare.
Before joining Clootrack, Raghavan served as an AI Mentor and Resident Expert at AI House. Previously, she was CEO of Dione and Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Allen Institute for AI (AI2) incubator, where she co-founded an AI-powered fertility startup focused on women’s healthcare. Earlier, she co-founded Integris Software and served as its Chief Technology Officer, leading the venture-backed AI/ML data privacy company through its acquisition by OneTrust.
Raghavan has held executive engineering leadership roles at Amazon, eBay, Microsoft, and Walmart, where she spearheaded large-scale software, cloud, data infrastructure, machine learning, and distributed computing initiatives.
In addition to her new role at Clootrack, she serves as a Technical Board Advisor at CalmWave and holds board positions at the Wayne State University College of Engineering and Department of Computer Science.
