Canadian investment services company CIBC Mellon has announced the appointment of Qahir Rajwani as Vice President, Client Experience and Analytics. He shared the news in a LinkedIn post.

Rajwani joins the company with extensive leadership experience in data, analytics, governance, and transformation. He most recently served as Director of Data Science and Analytics Solutions at the Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), where he spent nearly six years. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles including Director of Consumer Growth & Analytics at Reklaim and Manager of Analytics at TD.

Rajwani brings deep expertise in building and scaling analytics and data science teams, along with experience in project management, process development, and delivering solutions-driven initiatives. His background also includes specialized knowledge in pension analytics, operational analytics, and member behavior insights.
