(US and Canada) Customized insurance provider Chubb has promoted Adam Gooch to Senior Vice President, Global Chapter Lead, Data Analysis & Data Product Management. He will oversee Chubb’s global data analysis and product management functions, supporting the company’s commercial insurance business, particularly in the small and lower mid-market segments.

Gooch has been with Chubb since December 2022, previously serving as Vice President, Data & Analytics, North America. He was responsible for leading data and analytics strategy and transformation for Chubb’s North America Small Business and Commercial divisions.

Before joining Chubb, Gooch was Vice President, Head of PM & BA CoE at AXIS Capital, where he established and led the centralized project management office (PMO) within the Business Technology Solutions organization. His earlier career includes roles at Chubb in international operations and technology, as well as positions at Travelers, where he worked in information systems management, operations, and IT leadership development.

With extensive experience in insurance technology, operations, and data analytics, Gooch brings a strong background in leading large-scale transformation initiatives. In his new role, he will focus on advancing Chubb’s data capabilities to enhance business decision-making and digital transformation efforts.
