(US and Canada) Benefits administration technology provider Businessolver has promoted Vanessa Luzardo Gonzalez to VP of Data Science and Innovation. She steps into this new role after serving as Senior Director of Data Science and Innovation since October 2022.

In her new position, Luzardo Gonzalez leads a multidisciplinary organization responsible for Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Computational Linguistics, and Business Intelligence. Her scope includes expanding strategic leadership across AI, machine learning, and enterprise data initiatives.

She brings over a decade of experience in data science, advanced analytics, and AI, having held leadership roles at organizations such as Transamerica, Regions Bank, and the Colorado School of Mines. Her work has involved developing and deploying analytics solutions to support business decision-making and innovation.

The promotion reflects an evolution in her responsibilities at Businessolver as the company continues to develop its technology-driven approach to HR and employee benefits.
