(APAC) We are pleased to welcome Bhavika Unnadkat to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Unnadkat is the Head of Data Analytics Governance and Knowledge Management at EnergyAustralia. She is an outcomes-focused leader that thrives on solving complex data and analytics problems. She is an inquisitive learner that is passionate about enterprise innovation. 

Unnadkat excels at converting big-picture strategic analytics aspirations into practical efficient change that drives measurable business value. She builds and leads diverse teams that foster a culture that is both curious and courageous.

In addition to her role at EnergyAustralia, Unnadkat serves on the Board of Directors as a Chair for the Women’s Association South East Melbourne Australia (WASEMA) Inc, Board Member at Australia Parents Council, and a Committee member at the mentor(SHE:) – Vic ICT for Women program.

Unnadkat is a big advocate of encouraging more women in data, she mentors young girls and women who are keen on progressing their career as data professionals. When not at work, she likes to read, travel, and teach kids.
