We are pleased to announce Andrew Reiskind as the newest member of CDO Magazine’s Global Board. Reiskind is a visionary leader in data and AI governance. He serves as Chief Data Officer for Mastercard, where he leads the organization’s data strategy and innovation efforts while managing current and future data and AI risks through leading the data and AI governance functions.

With a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture, Reiskind empowers Mastercard to leverage its global data assets effectively, drawing on his extensive experience in data strategy, privacy, regulation, and data and AI governance.

Throughout his career, Reiskind has demonstrated a passion for using data as a strategic asset to drive business growth and operational excellence. He has a proven ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders while earning recognition as a trusted thought leader both inside and outside Mastercard. His contributions to the field have earned him consistent recognition, including being named to CDO Magazine Data Leaders 100 – The Leading Influencers in North America in 2023, 2024, and 2025. Additionally, he was recognized among the 40 Most Influential Data Leaders in Finance – North America for both 2025 and 2026. 

At Mastercard, Reiskind’s prior roles include Senior Vice President, Data Management, where he oversaw the quality, collection, and use of data for the company’s information services and advisory business; and Deputy Chief Privacy Officer, where he managed privacy and data protection issues globally. Earlier in his career, he served as Privacy & Intellectual Property Counsel, advising clients in direct marketing services, interactive advertising, and the industrial chemicals sectors.

Reiskind holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. He is a retired member of the State Bar of New York and is based in Purchase, N.Y.
