Ana Cester, Africa Creative Chief Data and Transformation Officer
(LATAM) Africa Creative has appointed Ana Cester as its new Chief Data and Transformation Officer. She leads a newly created strategic unit focused on data, media, and creativity integration within the agency.
The unit is responsible for developing a long-term data vision, aligning media investments with business objectives, generating insights to support creative strategy, and overseeing digital media operations. The initiative aims to enhance the integration of intelligence, media, technology, and creativity.
Before joining Africa Creative, Cester served as Managing Director at KINESSO, Mediabrands’ performance-focused technology agency. During her tenure, she led transformation initiatives, restructured operational processes, and supported team development programs. Simultaneously, she held the role of Head of Digital Operations and Solutions at Mediabrands Brasil.
Cester also worked at Meta as Marketing Science Director for Latin America, where she led regional teams and supported agencies and advertisers in measuring marketing impact. Her experience includes senior roles at agencies such as AlmapBBDO, Dentsu Isobar, and OMG Digitas.
Her career spans more than 15 years, with expertise in data strategy, media operations, and team leadership across the marketing and advertising industry.
