ADP Appoints Amin Venjara as Chief Data Officer

(US and Canada) Global human resources and payroll outsourcing provider ADP has recently appointed Amin Venjara as the General Manager of its Data Solutions business unit. In this role, Venjara will be overseeing the cultivation of customer value from the company's data assets which encompasses nearly 20% of workers in the U.S. He will direct the strategy, execution, and operations of ADP’s DataCloud, encompassing HCM analytics, benchmarking, and Data-as-a-service (DaaS) business lines.

Prior to this role, Venjara held the position of VP of Product for DataCloud, ADP's machine learning, analytics, and data platform. He also served as the DVP of Strategy and Business Development for Compliance Solutions, playing a crucial role in ADP's acquisition of Global Cash Card and the initiation of customer and partner experience programs. With a background spanning over a decade, he led teams at the Boston Consulting Group and in the startup space.

Venjara's perspectives on how data and machine learning shape the future of work have been featured in reputable publications such as Harvard Business Review, Fortune, and HR Executive. He holds a Master's in Data Science from UC Berkeley, an MA from Princeton University, and a BSE and BAS from the University of Pennsylvania as part of the Jerome Fisher Management and Technology program.
