(US and Canada) Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), an integrated healthcare, pharmacy, and retail leader, welcomes Vipin Gopal as Chief Data and Analytics Officer. Gopal is an experienced C-level data, digital, and analytics executive with over 20 years of leadership experience at multiple Fortune 100 companies.

His experience spans industry sectors ranging from health insurance and pharmaceuticals to industrial conglomerates. Accordingly, he has a proven track record in delivering value to a broad range of strategic and operational business problems through data, digital, and advanced analytics.

Before joining WGA, Gopal held several executive positions and most recently, served as SVP, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Eli Lilly and Company. He also previously held the position of SVP, Analytics at Humana.

Gopal is a thought leader recognized in the Chief Data/Analytics Officer community and is a recipient of the inaugural Global Executive of the Year in 2022 by CDO Magazine. He is also a member of the CDO Magazine Global Editorial Board.
