He is known for his ability to create a vision and assemble high-performing teams to implement strategies. He also has a track record of driving important initiatives and serving as a catalyst for change within small, medium, and enterprise-level organizations.

A proven data leader with over 19 years of experience, Rajamran has built new data products to generate millions of dollars in incremental revenue and cost savings. He has played a role in transforming data engineering, data science, and analytics teams into high-performing agile workforces that delivered exceptional business results and reduced time to value.

Before joining SSENSE, Rajamaran served as Vice President Data and Analytics at Flipp, a retail technology company. He also previously served as Vice President, Business Intelligence at AutoTrader.ca and before that, he was the Technology Head, Information Management at BMO.
