Tina Salvage, STOP THE TRAFFIK Head of Data and Technology

(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Tina Salvage to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Tina is the Head of Data and Technology at STOP THE TRAFFIK, a non-profit charity using data to disrupt and dismantle human trafficking worldwide by way of intelligence, predominantly based on survivor stories. 

In Tina’s current role, connecting people and networks using their Traffik Analysis HUB and STOP App offerings, they have the ability to disrupt the supply, money, and recruitment of vulnerable people by way of collaboratively sharing data. Her current role includes Data Strategy, Data Management – Data Governance, Lineage, Quality & lifecycle management, Data Protection, Information Security, Data Policy compliance & Cyber Security.

Tina is a proven data leader with over 30 years’ experience in financial services with a background in change management specifically focused on data within financial crime and customer due diligence, with her latter years as Global Head of Data Governance for Commercial and Global banking. Tina is an effective and experienced management professional with a proven ability in creating and embedding strategic business processes, defining policy and integration with key business functions. She thrives on a great challenge.
