He leads the digital strategy and execution for the enterprise focused on end-to-end customer experience, digital product enablement, and business model transformation that supports global strategic growth objectives.

Talal has over 20 years of experience in application engineering, architecture, data analytics, and leading high-performance teams. Prior to the current role, he led the IT transformation at Rockwell, focused on the operating model shift to Agile, move to the cloud, and enabling a data-driven operating model that successfully positioned the company’s IT function to support organizational growth plans.
