Barathalwar is a proven data leader with over 18 years of delivery leadership experience driving large business and technology transformation programs. He has expertise in designing and implementing solutions to manage structured and unstructured data, reporting and analytics, including business intelligence, data warehousing, MDM, and enterprise application initiatives. 

Before joining Signify Health, Barathalwar was Vice President of Data Engineering and Strategy for CVS Health. He has played several key leadership roles in large-scale projects for industry-leading Fortune 500 companies. Barathalwar’s experience includes driving and enabling enterprise technology and business capability development; reviewing business strategies and developing technology plans, capabilities, and organizational models; managing client relationships and vendors; and acquiring new businesses.
