(Europe) SAP SE, a German multinational software company, has recently appointed Pinar Dolen as Vice President, Chief Analytics Officer to lead SAP’s global analytics organization. In her role, she will support SAPs transformation towards becoming an intelligent, sustainable enterprise by leveraging advanced analytics.
A visionary and result-oriented technology executive, Dolen has a proven track record of leading digital transformation across consumer packaged goods and commodity trading industries. She started her career as an SAP consultant then moved to Procter & Gamble in 2005 where she held various positions in leading large-scale digital transformation programs in the fields of supply chain, finance, digital marketing, sales force automation, data, and analytics.
Dolen joined Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) in 2016 as EMEA Region CIO and Global Head of IT for Back Office, Business Intelligence, and Innovation to spearhead LDC’s digital transformation with the greenfield S/4 Hana and Enterprise Analytics Programs. She took over the Chief Data and Analytics Officer role of LDC company in 2021 and led LDC’s data driven transformation until joining SAP.
Dolen has demonstrated experience in digital transformation and business model innovation, strategic planning, program and portfolio management, client management, agile, lean, DevOps practices, product management, and organizational transformation behind those practices. Dolen also serves as a non-executive board director in the International Coaching Federation’s Thought Leadership Institute, a global think tank “designed to help create and reveal the future of coaching.”
Dolen holds an Aeronautical Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey and an Executive MBA from Galatasaray University, Istanbul, Turkey.
