(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Ryan Kean to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Kean is the Chief Information Officer at Total Quality Logistics (TQL), one of North America’s largest freight brokerage firms that provides domestic and international freight transportation and logistics services.

Kean joined TQL in 2021 with over 20 years of technology leadership experience. As Chief Information Officer, Kean leads the technology organization, which is responsible for delivering innovative solutions that drive value and efficiency.

Before joining TQL, Kean was with The Kroger Co. for more than 14 years. His most recent role was Vice President of Technology Strategy and Operations. His responsibilities included leading the company’s Enterprise Data Services and Analytics, Office of the CIO, and Product Operations. He also served as the Kroger Transformation Workstream Leader for Kroger Technology and Digital. Prior to Kroger, he worked for automotive retailer software developer Reynolds & Reynolds Co., holding several management positions in platform engineering and hosting as well as software configuration and delivery.

Kean received a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration from Wright State University.
