RBC Promotes Don Dela Paz to Vice President, Talent Data Management and Analytics

(US and Canada) Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has promoted Don Dela Paz to Vice President, Talent Data Management and Analytics. His mission is to ensure effective oversight and management of data risk, driving continuous improvement across all of RBC, a global financial institution with a purpose-driven, principles-led approach to delivering top performance.

Dedicated to creating differentiated, valued, personal, and meaningful customer experiences through disciplined and effective data & analytics, governance, and information management, Del Paz is a strategic leader who is curious, challenges the status quo, and drives innovative change.

While serving as Chief Data Steward, Dela Paz created and established a successful data and analytics and data governance practice for RBC’s Insurance Division. He also extended data services support for Global Wealth Services within RBC Wealth Management.
