Nithyanandam is a passionate data and analytics leader with over 25 years of experience leading data and analytics organizations across various industries, including telecom, banking, financial services, insurance, retail, and healthcare.

As the Head of Data and Advanced Analytics at Volkswagen Credit, Nithyanandam has been instrumental in setting up an actionable D&A strategy. She established and evolved an operating model addressing the current gaps in the D&A ecosystem, architectures, and organizational delivery. This framework enabled the execution of D&A initiatives through both centralized and decentralized roles and functions. She also elevated data literacy across the organization and helped the business achieve value with data and advanced analytics capabilities.

Nithyanandam is highly skilled in evaluating analytical platforms and solutions for data engineering, BI, and data science and has a keen eye for modernizing data platforms. She has built high-performing analytics teams that deliver personalization, segmentation, real-time analytics, and AI/ML at scale. In addition, she has led digital transformation initiatives across all three major public clouds – GCP, Azure, and AWS, and built successful go-to-market strategies for partner programs that leverage data assets to drive business growth.
