(USA and Canada) Journey: Prior to joining Stanley Black & Decker, Phanii was the Head of Global Data Strategy & Analytics at Bose Corporation, where he owned and developed Bose’s Global Data Strategy and led them to digital transformation using data, Analytics and AI in improving product and customer experience. Preceding this, Phanii has played multiple Data Leadership roles driving vision, strategy, roadmaps, and delivery with the key focus on leveraging data as a strategic asset.

Phanii is currently Board Member of the International Society of Chief Data Officers (isCDO) and is an Executive MBA student at Kellogg School of Management.
