Her key strengths lie in technical management, where she has maintained a successful record of leading resources from requirements through post-implementation support. Dugar possesses combined expertise in custom software and server design and development, infrastructure development, training, system testing, and troubleshooting, as well as installation and upgrade coordination.

Dugar brings vast expertise in industry products and protocols, having worked extensively with various aspects of networks, servers, software, hardware, and peripherals. Her strategic thinking abilities enable her to translate big-picture vision into detailed action plans, ensuring effective implementation.

In addition to her technical prowess, Dugar has extensive experience in partnering with internal and external business units and vendors. She has proven her capabilities in assessing and analyzing operations and working collaboratively to develop strategic and profitable IT systems and processes. Dugar holds an MS in Computer Engineering and a BS in Electrical Engineering. She has further enhanced her qualifications through certifications from Cornell University in Data Analytics and High-Performance Leadership.
