Marshalek’s current role includes leading data and analytic technology support, data governance, and reporting and analytic services. He followed a non-traditional path throughout his career before landing in the data space. He firmly believes self-development, curiosity, and willingness to take risks are critical keys to success in this transition.

He has worked in the financial services and insurance industry for over 30 years, which includes several roles at Nationwide Insurance.
