Miranda is Vice President, Advanced Analytic – Global Operations & Supply Chain at Medtronic, a global medical technology company dedicated to improving the lives of people through innovative medical solutions. In his current role, he leads a global central analytics and insights organization that caters to Medtronic’s global operations and supply chain.

Miranda is a proven executive leader with over 19 years of experience. He has led global transformation projects where business intelligence and analytics have shifted from an IT-focused model to a business-led model, and in the process, built several successful organizations from the ground up. Before joining Medtronic, he served as the Senior Process and Applications Manager and Global Inventory Optimization Consulting Lead at Celestia, where he managed a team of advanced supply chain process and application professionals.

They coordinated a global team of senior technical and business supply chain professionals across multiple Celestica internal and customer external sites worldwide to design, develop, and implement improved global supply chain practices. Miranda successfully led initiatives that drove operational excellence and enhanced overall efficiency in the organization’s supply chain operations.

While he possesses a deep understanding of the technical aspects of change, his unwavering passion lies in the human side of transformation. He firmly believes in empowering and engaging team members, fostering an environment that cultivates high performance and enables all stakeholders to flourish while accomplishing their objectives. Throughout his career, his leadership style has garnered recognition for his entrepreneurial spirit and remarkable ability to generate substantial financial advantages.
