Encora has announced the appointment of Lalit Wadhwa as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He will be in charge of the development of proprietary technology products and strengthening the use of advanced technical tools in Encora’s client services.

Venu Raghavan, CEO of Encora, is delighted to have Wadhwa as a part of the Global Leadership Team. For him, Wadhwa’s strong interest in artificial intelligence/machine learning, cloud adoption, and platform modernization is a perfect fit to Encora’s core values.

A former vice president from Advanced Analytics at Wesco Distribution, Wadhwa was in – charge of building the company’s data, advanced analytics & digital capabilities across service lines. Armed with an extensive background, he is also an operational strategist, business-focused transformer, technical innovator, and a high-performing team builder which made him a constant public speaker at conventions and industry events.
