A transformative, highly innovative senior technology leader, mentor and advisor, Aradhya has over 25 years of experience in developing and scaling organizations from startups to large enterprises. He has demonstrated experience in leading and executing digital and data transformation initiatives across small, medium and large enterprise level Fortune 500 organizations.

Aradhya has held various senior leadership roles at organizations like Fidelity Investments, Monster Inc., Staples, edX, Adobe, Bose, and currently at Stanley Black & Decker, an iconic American brand. He is a speaker at various conferences and meetups, most recently at the CDO Midwest Summit 2022 in Cincinnati.

Aradhya holds an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a M.S. in Computer Science from Bridgewater State University, a bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, and various other executive certifications from Stanford, MIT and Harvard Business School on a continual learning journey.
