He has also accepted the position of Global CDO Ambassador for State of North Carolina, United States, as part of our global partnership representing the MIT CDOIQ, the International Society of Chief Data Officers, Institute for Chief Data Officers, and CDO Magazine

Papneja is responsible for driving the development and execution of a state-of-the-art Data & Analytics Centre of Excellence at Reynolds American, focusing on enablement strategy and capability building across U.S. commercial functions. 

Before Reynolds American, Inc., Papneja held various analytics leadership roles at Nestle, the Coca-Cola Company, Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, and Mondelez International. He is recognized as an accomplished Senior Data Analytics Global Leader with impeccable 23 years of experience driving profitable growth through breakthrough analytics in fast-paced and culturally diverse global leading CPG organizations. 

In 2017, Papneja received the global title "Researcher of the Year" for inventing and implementing a best-in-class toolset for Integrated Marketing Communication at Johnson & Johnson.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a PGDM (equivalent to MBA) in marketing.
