Jasmine de Gaia joins Wells Fargo, a leading financial services company, as SVP and Head of Customer Data Strategy. Prior to joining Wells Fargo, Ms. de Gaia was a strategy, innovation and transformation leader at JP Morgan Chase & Co., where she led a global organization of senior business, product and technology professionals to implement her patent pending vision to transform the Chase customer experience using data assets. Prior to joining Chase, she led digital and data transformation and products from Fortune 500 companies to Silicon Valley tech start ups.

Previously, Ms. de Gaia served as President and on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Product Management Association. She currently serves on the Board of The PAST Foundation, a global organization dedicated to furthering STEM education. She is also currently a Board Member for the Center for Innovation Strategies at The Ohio State University.
