(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Gina Papush to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Papush is Chief Data Analytics Officer for Bristol Myers Squibb. In her role, she leads the organization’s global team responsible for driving data analytics vision, strategic priorities, and delivery across the enterprise.

Papush and her team leverage data, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and digital across all areas of the business creating patient value and accelerating biopharma innovation. She has delivered significant business impact over her nearly 30-year career through proven leadership and expertise in analytic innovation, data-driven strategies, and digital transformation. She has successfully built leading advanced analytics, decision science, and information management capabilities across diverse industries and business models.

Prior to joining Bristol Myers Squibb, Papush served in Global Chief Data and Analytics Officer roles for Cigna and QBE Insurance Group. She has also held leadership positions in data and analytics across companies within the financial services and consulting industries.

Papush is active in advising on data analytics, AI, and digital, as well as contributing to professional communities. She is a member of the board of directors at IAT Insurance Group, and is an avid advocate for women in STEM through her advisory work with Women Business Collaborative.
