(US and Canada) Fidelity Investments, an American multinational financial services corporation headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, has promoted Krishna Valluru to Vice President/Team Leader Advanced Data Analytics Tech from his previous position as Director of Software Engineering for Advanced Data Analytics.

Valluru joined Fidelity Investments in 2001. A seasoned analytics and data leader, he has more than 20 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end product and capability development. Valluru has a proven ability to plan and execute across all tactical, strategic, and operational types of projects and has participated in developing the alternative data policy for asset management.

An expert in identifying new data sources and business metadata to solve problems and networking across industries, Valluru has implemented many emerging tools and techniques, such as NLP, Sentiment, Text Distance, and Business Models. He is also an expert in recruiting, training, team building, and coaching candidates for the Advanced Data Analytics team.
