Sheybani, the Vice President and Head of Technology and Data for Canada at Colliers, is a seasoned executive with a wealth of experience in the fields of technology and data. She has a notable background in digital product development, service delivery, organizational change management, infrastructure planning, and IT operation leadership.

Sheybani has worked in both the private and public sectors, contributing her expertise to various industries, including financial, telecom, healthcare, construction and engineering, energy, and CRE services. Prior to her current role at Colliers, she served as the Senior Director and Head of IT in the O&M Sector at SNC-Lavalin.

Throughout her career, Sheybani has acted as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape their digital vision and successfully executing large-scale transformative initiatives. Some of her notable achievements include spearheading the development and operation of the Connecting Ontario Health Information Exchange, leading the ERP implementation and operationalization for a multi-billion Construction Joint Venture (REM), and contributing to the creation of the AdviseDirect digital solution for BMO Investorline.

Sheybani’s exceptional contributions and dedication to her field have earned her recognition, including the prestigious title of Data Leader of the Year for 2022 from Bonhill Women in IT. Her passion for digital transformation and innovation is evident in her work, and she is known for her ability to build high-performing teams that foster a data-driven culture and create simplified and enriched user experiences.
