(Europe) Deliveroo has appointed Piers Stobbs as VP of Science. Stobbs will help improve the business through data science, machine learning, and science. Deliveroo is a British online food delivery company founded by Will Shu and Greg Orlowski in 2013 in London.

Stobbs is a proven data leader with more than 29 years of experience. Before joining Deliveroo, he was the Chief Data Officer at Cazoo, responsible for all aspects of data, including analytics, data science, machine learning, data engineering, and management. He helped drive the successful utilization of data throughout the business. Stobbs also previously served as Chief Data Officer at Moneysupermarket Group, responsible for driving value from data across all Moneysupermarket brands. He also serves on the Royal Statistical Society Data Science & AI Committee at RSS Data Science Section.
