Before joining Delaware North, Iyengar was the Chief Data Officer for Cognizant. She has a track record of providing creative, value-oriented and privacy-compliant solutions to real-world data issues. She is a trusted advisor to executive management with the ability to synthesize and effectively communicate complex concepts and information. She also specializes in data breach prevention, response and remediation and has successfully helped two organizations with this effort.

Iyengar is passionate about utilization, governance, and protection of data. As a seasoned executive with over two decades in the software industry driving big data product development and analytics, data security, privacy, and data governance, she leads the efforts to strengthen data management, promote data acumen across the organizations, and accelerate the transition to a data-centric culture. She is a driver of data democratization along with responsible and ethical stewardship of consumer data.
