He is currently the Global Head of One Demand Data and Analytics Solutions at Mars Wrigley and a part of Mars Global Customer Leadership team. Before Mars, he was part of global brands like Coca-Cola, ABB, and Mu Sigma in strategic roles driving business growth. In his current role, Jose leads a global and diverse end-to-end analytics solutions team of data scientists, data engineers, DevOps, product strategy managers, and business translators.

Jose holds an MBA from George Washington University School of Business, a degree in mechanical engineering from NIT Calicut, India, and completed an executive education program in Economics of Mutuality at Oxford University Said School of Business. His exceptional contributions to the industry have earned him prestigious recognitions such as the 2023 Visionaries Award by Consumer Goods Technologies, AI 100 by AIM Media House, and Global Top 100 Innovator in Data & Analytics by Corinium Intelligence. He is a CPG and retail industry influencer in data and analytics and digital strategy. In line with this recognition, he is a member of the Retail & CPG Executive Advisory Forum for Amazon Web Services, a Data and Analytics Executive council Member of the Association of National Advertisers, advisory board member for Analytics Services organizations and start-up organizations in robotics, among others. 

He is also a co-author of the international bestselling book ‘Leading Through the Pandemic: Unconventional Wisdom from Heartfelt Leaders.’ Jose published multiple whitepapers on machine learning, trade promotion optimization, and revenue growth management. He is a highly in-demand speaker and has spoken at multiple retail and CPG industry summits focusing on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and sustainability. As a professional, Jose believes in leveraging the power of technology to solve complex problems impacting the triple bottom line of people, planet, and profits. He is a Distinguished Toastmaster passionate about helping people become better public speakers through expressing their authentic selves.
