(US and Canada) We are pleased to welcome Dave Everett to CDO Magazine’s Global Editorial Board. Everett is the Divisional Vice President of R&D and Engineering for Spectrum Brands, a home essentials company focused on enhancing life at home for consumers worldwide. Spectrum Brands is responsible for iconic U.S.  and international brands such as Remington, Black & Decker, George Foreman, and Russell Hobbs. 

A proven leader with over 25 years of experience in engineering management and innovation and approximately 35 international patents, Everett builds strong technology roadmaps, fosters innovation, and promotes team building. Additionally, Everett is a certified Kaizen trainer who actively delivers academia and trade show talks about innovation and engineering.

In 2017, Everett was the keynote speaker for E3D, the largest engineering conference in the Midwest. He currently serves on the University of Wisconsin-Platteville’s Mechanical & Industrial Engineering Advisory Board and the University of Wisconsin-Parkside’s Advisory Industry Board.

Everett graduated summa cum laude from Kettering University and holds a master’s degree in engineering.
